1882 Lighting wood poles are composted of individual laminations of Alaskan yellow cedar graded for structural predictability and bonded together using durable moisture-resistant adhesives. Our Alaskan yellow cedar light standards are stronger and more durable than western red cedar and contain no harmful chemical preservatives that can leach into the soil. Our process in conformance with ANSI A190.1 Standard for Wood Products – Structural Glued Laminated Timber under American Institute of Timber Constructions (AITC) quality monitoring.
